Definition of Anti-thrombotic:

Anti-thrombotics are anti-coagulants that, in vivo or in vitro, suppresses, delays, or nullifies coagulation of the blood by interfering with the formation of clots, such as heparin and the coumarin compounds [Miller-Keane2003].
